LARKS World Championship F3D/F5D Pylon Race USA Time Trials:

The best in the USA competing for a coveted position on the USA FAI F3D and F5D team!

Every two years, teams from around the world meet to compete to determine the top country. For F3D (glow) and F5D (electric) FAI pylon, that will be in the Netherlands in 2023. To determine who will represent Team USA, we will be holding the Time Trials at the LARKS field in Tavares, FL this November! With speeds exceeding 205 mph, they race 10 laps around the pylons against the clock for one of 3 positions on Team USA!

A three day event, with registration, practice, and inspections on Friday, and Time Trials on Saturday and Sunday.

AMA Pylon rulebook events F3D and F5D: AMA Pylon Racing Rules
AMA Membership required, Functional Fail-Safe required. Aircraft inspections on Friday.

Participant Registration for the World Championship F3D/F5D Pylon Race USA Time Trials is handled by Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA). Pre-registration with AMA is required.
